if you wish i can send a photograph of a particular piece before payment to ensure satisfaction.

Some pieces are made to order and turn around time can vary depending on design and colour.

I aim to have in stock item pieces ready for mailing within 5 business days of ordering but will keep in touch about dispatch dates.

Refunds can only be given in the unlikely event of breakage during shipping to customer or if you change your mind before dispatch.
